Khoya paneer in My Style :-)
Ingredients:-
3-4 onions
2 tomatoes
2 Hari Mirch
Lehsun 4-5 Kali
Grated adrak 1/2 tsp
2 ilaychi
2 laung
Bay leaf 1
Khoya 100 gm
Paneer 200 gms
Milk as needed
Salt to taste
Turmeric a pinch
Kitchen King Masala 2 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder 2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp (optional)
Cashews and raisins
Method:-
Ek pan me pani boil karne rakhe jab boil hone lage tab usme roughly chopped onions n Hari Mirch dale n switch off d flame. Isi pani me tamatar b daal de (jisse tamatar blanched ho jayenge n skin easily remove ho jayegi). 5 mins tak garam pani me rehne de. Ab ek kadhayi me khoya light brown hone tak bhune. And keep aside. Pyaj aur harimirch ko pani se nikal kar adrak mila k mixture me paste bana le. Tamatar ki skin remove Kate n lehsun daal k use b puree kar le. Ab usi kadhahi me 2 tblspn oil garam kare. Laung, ilaychi daane n bay leaf dale. Bhunne par pyaj ka paste daale. Achhe se bhun Jane par tamatar wala paste n sabhi dry masale daale aur oil sperate hone tak pakaye. Ab bhuna khoya daale. N achhe se saara masala bhune. Ab isme milk/ pani daale jitni patli gravy banani ho. Sugar daale. Isme paneer k pieces, kaju Kishmish daale. Achhe se mix kare. Upar se kasuri methi sprinkle kare. Dhak kar 3-4 minutes pakaye. Khoya paneer ready. :-)
