I have that "shaking machine", I use it for making my muscle, especially leg muscle strong. It worked! I stand on the machine 60 min/day everyday while I'm watching TV. Now my muscle is strong. BTW, I'm in mid-60s, have been using it over 6 months. Also I'm not using it to lose weight. I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs. After watching Dr. Song's programs, I started 18/6 eating schedule and 1/2 meat and 1/2 veggie plate--I hardly ever eat carbs anyway. Lost 3 lbs in 1st week and I'm on my way to my ideal weight--120 lbs. Thanks to Dr. Song.
