CCTV real time monitor 住成個construction site progress已經好popular。我哋公司係大陸同香港的project呢幾年都有。減少好多出trip費用,仲可以通過CCTV built in的 speaker大聲小工人“咪食煙呀,綁安全帶呀😂”。好好用。人都請少兩個。呢D咪效率咯

Thank you for your best wishes. Yes a “Prime cost” building contract is where the contractor will be reimbursed for the costs it incurs in carrying out the works, ie labour and materials (including those from sub-contractors), plus a management fee on top to cover its overheads and profit.

@@purelivingukpropertyinvest6717 小弟係香港main con度做咗十幾QS, 真係未見過有client會用cost plus contract去起樓。原理上係好經驗豐富嘅developer或係自己公司起返(好似新鴻基、恆基之類)先會敢做。因為cost plus根本係難以cost control。一般cost control最易嘅當然係傳統fixed price lump sum with quantities。就算係因為之前爛咗尾要有新嘅contractor執手尾。都起碼用類似NEC option C咁上下嘅contract有返多少price ceiling。cost-plus contract arrangement根本唔會比contractor有乜incentive去慳錢。老實講如果你哋冇個prof嘅PM坐係個site度睇住我真係有鄧係哋牙煙。
