今勉強をし直しているところです。 動画を見ていて、a lot of とa lots of の違いは何かな?と思いました。 あと、完了形の理解につまづいてしまうのですが、I have been living~とI have lived ~の言い方の違いではどう言ったニュアンスの違いがありますか?

Hi there. Those are very good questions. The subtle difference in nuances is really difficult to understand for non-native speakers. As for your first question, basically, "lots of" and "a lot of" have the same meaning and are used in the same situations. However, one subtle difference is that "lots of" sounds a little casual compared of "a lot of". As for your second question, the present perfect tense is very difficult for many Japanese students because this grammar structure doesn't exist in Japanese. "I have been living” and "I have lived" can have the same meaning. For example, "I have been living in Japan for 20 years" is the same as "I've lived in Japan for 20 years". However, these structures are used in different situations too. ・I've lived in Thailand before. (once in my life) ・I've lived in 3 different cities. (so far this year) ・I love Tokyo. I've been living here for over 20 years. (emphasize that I'm still in Tokyo). These are a couple of differences. Good luck with your studies! : )
