Heard you said your husband feared to talk to someone on the phone when he just came to US, I was thinking oh he is not an American, most be a Chinese because your channel has all Chinese scripts. Then in your sample dialogue, you said you are Jackie Smith. That's not a Chinese surname but.
Hi, Jackie. That's a VERY helpful lesson. I've learnt so many authentic English expressions. Now I think I can talk on the phone with confidence. You are a great teacher. I really appreciate all your time and effort. BTW, can you do a similar episode on how to get and give directions? Thanks.

Hi Jackie, greetings from Hong Kong. I am Arthur (my boss called me King Arthur and my mom's maiden name happens to be King! 😊) Congratulations on your successful teaching episodes! The lessons from you are very helpful ; we have a six year old little girl in our family. I always ask her to watch your lessons and follow you to speak. We'll keep on doing that and I am sure your lessons will be a big help for her on her English path.

What makes me stressed out the most is the person on the other side speaking with strong ascents. I have got so many phone call from agents whose trying to help me find an electrician position. And listening to them is a real torture. I don't understand how come a company hire someone like this on customer service! I heard they are people from some 3rd world countries and got paid for only $ 1-2 hourly for service calls. It's not about money. I hate discrimination but speaking with difficult English is really losing customers! Hope they understand.

Listening is my biggest problem in learning English
"My phone is running low on juice." "My phone is running out of juice." I remember in yesteryear, when one asks "Can I.....", then the teacher will correct the student by saying, "you mean 'may I....'". All three men's voices sound like that of one same person. Especially for Jacob from insurance company, the voice sure doesn't sound like it is from a black man.
