Thank you for sharing your work. Love your channel and the practical tips and information. I have a tataki chisel by a reputable Japanese blacksmith which developed a small crack/split between the layers of steel on the shoulder. Any thoughts and recommendations?

I also enjoy sharpening, i use man made stones since natural stones are hard to come by at a ok price😅. When you have a blade that is easily chipped what is the best way to sharpen it so it has a better edge?
