I I believe everyone watching the making-of video for "፱ጠኝ ሞት" is a filmmaker. Hence, I would like to initiate a discussion within this community to collectively analyze and learn from the movie, contributing to the improvement of our storytelling skills. I'll soon provide a detailed analysis of the movie's screenplay in a video. In the meantime, I'd like to toss the following questions to everyone who has watched it: 1. What aspects make this movie great, special, or different? 2. What is the overarching theme of the story? 3. Who, in your opinion, serves as the Protagonist and Antagonist? 4. Do you believe the title is fitting for the story, and where in the movie does the title appear and make sense? 5. What system or structure do you think the writer employed in crafting this story? I'll explain all these questions in my analysis, but I encourage you to share your thoughts first. Keep in mind there are no right or wrong answers. Thanks!

Hi there. It feels good to know that we have individuals like you who sit and look through things. Please don't mind my English. 1, The fact that the subject of the matter is very relatable to everyone at some point in their lives. 2, The theme is accepting the facts of life as it is and moving on. 3, The protagonist/antagonist is not as vivid as in action movies/ am not so good at dissecting movies. Antagonist: regret and grief which was seen in both main characters. Protagonist: The community support network which was consistent until the main character gave in and accepted reality. 4, Loved the title. I believe it eminated from the popular saying " Asir mot meta bilot, andun giba belew". Meaning you only live once and you might as well live it so it counts - beyond the grief. Many are either living nor dead still under the grip of denial and sorrow. 5, i am not so good with art and all the terms. But in layman's terms, the movie has simple scenes, I believe low cost too but yet a profound and relatable subject matter. Thank you so much.
