Ingredients -:
1 Cup whole Green Moong (overnight soaked)
½ Inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli
Fresh Green Coriander
½ Cup Curd
1 Tbsp Salt
½ Cup Simolina/Suji
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Eno / 1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
10 - 12 Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp Seasame Seeds
1 Tbsp Greated Dry Coconut
Chopped Green Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts ki

✅Recipe details:
In a mixer jar, add 1 cup overnight soaked green moong,ginger,green chilli,coriander and 1/2 cup dahi
Grind this to a fine paste
Now in this batter add 2-3 tbsp more water, 1/2 cup semolina/suji mix it well and let this batter rest for 15-20 minutes
Now add salt as per taste,1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp eno/1 tsp baking soda little water and mix it gently
Now transfer this batter to a greased plate and steam it in high flame for 15 minutes
For the tadka, add some mustard seeds,sesame seeds,curry leaves in oil and put all the dhoklas
Mix it well , garnish with some fresh coriander and fresh coconut and Enjoy!
