●Ingredients
-Chicken thigh : 300 g / 10.58 oz
-Japanese leek : 1
-Chicken skin : 100 g / 3.52 oz
-Chicken tail : 100 g /3.52 oz
●How to cook (Recipe)
1. Cut Japanese leek, chicken into small size pieces
2. Skewer the chicken and Japanese leek
3. Heat the pan to 200°C/400°F
4. Put yakitori on the pan
5. Put salt and pepper on yakitori
6. Turn the skewers over and cook till other side browned
