Yakuza: Like A Dragon - True Final Millennium Tower Walkthrough by 6HourGaming. I completed this challenge by exclusively using Ichiban, Adachi, Saeko and Nanba. You’ll want to prioritize maxing one job and level most of the others until 30, the point where returns start to diminish.
Ichiban - He can do just about anything with the Hero class, but you’ll want to prioritize the following order: survivability, healing, poundmates and skill damage. I recommend shortcutting Peerless Resolve (Hero), Ice Spreader (Host), Megaton Throw (Foreman) and Fulminating Forecast (Fortuneteller).
Adachi - As an Enforcer, Paralysis Prongs is going to be your best move. The character skills, Ice Spreader (Host) and Megaton Throw (Foreman) are now a must, however, Paralysis Prongs can sometimes do more damage even when resisted. Adachi is SLOW, equip Transcendent Insoles to give him a speed boost.
Saeko - She is going to be your Idol (healer) and every once in a while, use Ice Spreader (Hostess) or Candle Rush (Night Queen). The Curse Substitute is essential on your healer (OHKO invincibility), she can provide dependable revives if Adachi or Nanba go down.
Nanba - The Homeless job will deal a massive amount of magic damage. Round out Nanba’s fire-based skillset with Ice Spreader (Host) and Fulminating Forecast (Fortuneteller). To help combat the glass canon title, I recommend the combination of Dragon’s Binding and Eye of the Dragon.

Fighting Amon by himself isn't too bad, but once he casts "Guard Order", things get crazy. I recommend waiting a turn with Ichiban before summoning Mr. Masochist. This buff will protect you from the opposing Orbital Laser. Keep your health up by any means necessary and use attacks that hit the entire enemy squad. Majima and Amon will go down quickly. At this point, focus on Saejima with electric attacks before finishing off what's left of Kiryu's health.
