I'm getting there Nigel, just not there yet. The footage on this ride was shot prior to the Kidney issue and surgery. It's just getting all the footage we've shot edited that takes time and with the rains now hitting us, I seem to have the time to do some editing. More videos are coming and more riding is lined up for the future on both bikes, El' Diablo and the WR. Thanks for the comment, they are always welcomed......😎🤕😎

I think I gave the video it's first "Like" and I already had subscribed.. LOL.. I very much enjoyed the video, and your text just before the preview, saved me from asking where's the beer? Normally, I like a chest view better than a helmet view, but in this case, the ride was tough enough that your head and eyes were focused on the trail straight ahead, so it was much better than I was expecting and worked very well, sort of like an elevated chest cam. I do think it would be great if you could figure out a way to tie down the brake hose without affecting it's function. Looking forward to the video you previewed, and also the Stage 2 changes.. thanks for posting.

I should have said you’re definitely firing on all cylinders now, seems you’re a lot quicker on the new bike

Yes, that WR is much faster and quicker in the rough than the CT. I'll be splitting riding time between the two bikes once I've got Stage 2 finished on the WR. Matter of fact, I'll be installing the final parts to Stage 2 today and tomorrow so I can do a follow up video on how well this bike works......

Hello 👋, did you know that you would have these kind of trails to ride on ? Or did you locate them after you were already in country ?
@TeamDNFracing
Жыл бұрын
Richard, I had no idea there would be these great trails to ride on. The first ones I found by looking at Google Earth after I bought my CT. Then when I met Daniel and Robert, they also used GPS technology to locate trails. Some of these we would have never found without the technology the world has today. It wouldn't have stopped us, we would have still gone looking, but in no way did I think there would be these kinds of trails until I moved here and got my CT. Good question.....

I've been looking at the Honda XR150L, almost pulled the trigger last month. It's a $1000 cheaper than the CT125 here, but now I am going to start looking at the Yamaha. That's why your videos are so good, real world testing by a real world rider. Thanks and keep it up, Eddie. BTW, I feel pretty sure the Yamaha has the power and the space for a Keg-a-rator setup .. pretty sure ..

The problem with installing the Keg-a-rator on the WR is even with the rear rack I installed, there isn't enough room for a full size Keg, so I believe we may be doing something with a can of beer.... Keep watching....... 😄😄

I have not seen one in Thailand, so I don't believe they do. However, they do sell the Suzuki Van Van in the 125cc & 200cc....

What is the seat height like with the lowering link fitted? My wife if 5’6” tall and would need the bike lowered
@TeamDNFracing

Sorry it took so long to respond to your comment, I had to make sure I could go out and take the measurements to see what I now have. With no weight on the bike, the seat height is 33 inches off the ground, with a normal sized person on the seat, the height is between 31 1/2 inches to 32 inches. Depends on the weight of the person and your sag adjustment on the rear shock. I've got mine a bit tight, so it doesn't move down very much. Still at this setting, I can stand flat foot with my riding boots on and that is what I want from mine. I'm 5' 8" tall and have an Ohlins fully adjustable rear shock on it now and I've moved the front forks up 30 cm up in the forks triple clamps to compensate for the lowering of the rear linkage..... Hope this helps, she may still not be able to touch flat footed, but this will definitely help........

I've got the suspension installed on it now and it makes a world of difference on how it handles the rough stuff. I'll be installing the new tires, chain and sprockets next and then start doing some rides on it for a while before letting everyone know what Stage 3 will be..... Looking forward to riding it with Stage 2 on it, but lately it has been raining every day, so no riding being done......
