Thank you. One of the most pragmatic review and vlog about the XT250 I have come across.

As a CO resident, I really appreciate your commentary as a fellow XT250 owner. Ignore the haters. For the record, I've owned a K650, GS800, GS310, TW200, and ultimately settled on this bike as the perfect one. If it's good enough for Rambo, it's good enough for me!

Small bikes are the best! I went through a similar evolution. I still have my XT250!

Probably one of the better XT reviews I’ve watched on KZitem. It’s not a beginner bike for me it’s an easy to handle older age bike for me.

Nice review....thanks. My wife and I have been dual sporting for almost 15 years and here little Honda 230 has finally given up. I'm looking at the XT as a replacement and your perspectives were very useful. Now I just need to find one for sale. :)

Thorough, intelligent review. I bought one of these for my wife but I borrow it a lot and ride it more than she does. A great, economical, adequate ADV bike.

I bought one of these, but an older, carburetor model, for my teenage daughter to learn on. She ended up not liking riding a motorcycle, so it became my bike. I used it a lot off road as a trail bike. But where I live, in the Texas hill country, some of the back roads have a 75 mph speed limit and I couldn't keep up and didn't always have an opportunity to get out of the way. I decided it was probably unsafe to keep it if I was going to be dual sport riding in my area. So I traded it in for a CRF450L. On paper, the CRF is way more capable and a better bike. But I would say for riding around town and slow speed riding on back roads, the XT250 was more fun. Not taking anything away from the CRF but it requires more attention and commitment, making it a harder bike to ride. I sometimes miss the XT and think it's great for how you're using it.

I'll bet that 450 is a blast though! But yes, I really like how light this thing is, but you're right that it does not belong on the interstate for sure

Some of the best XT250 content I've come across to date. Well done. I have other bikes as well, but love my XT and shall never be separated. Looking forward to more...

Put stock foot pegs on and the shifter will work fine with your boots. Common problem when guys put running board sized foot pegs on a dirt bike...

I rode from Kentucky to Panama this year and no problems. I don't need to go fast. It is very reliable and a great bike if you don't carry a motel with you.

I have been racing and riding for 50 years. I got this bike mainly for hitch carrying behind an RV. It has served so many purposes beyond that! Great review. I like the low seat height for tooling around town. I had a street legal WR250 in the past but it was way too tall. I have had a DR650 and enjoyed the extra power however that comes at a cost: Money and extra Lbs.

Love this video, I have considered this bike for me for all of the comments you so nicely outlined, however I am waiting for the Honda 300 LS only because I love the looks of the Honda. You know how that is some bikes just speak to you for whatever reason. Thank you so much. This is very nice review. Looking forward to see the next one.

There are many Trail wing tires the 301/302 are not name sakes. For how long they last and the traction they are great! I’ve done it all snow rain mud sand road and I continue to buy these.

The revolver shifter is Really Good. I thought the stock shifter was too short. Not sure how high the revolver would go. But, it gives you more room for your boots.
