With a bit longer gearing I could get more top speed (144 top) but still ended up boucing off rev limiter (by going downhill) or starting to lose speed due to wind or uphills - realistically 140ish is the max you can humbly expect when fully tucked on flat as any of the previously mentioned challenges will tank it down to 135... 130ish is the most you can expect for most roadways so you have enough space and time to accelerate. I guess this is the most you can get for a balanced setup without changing the engine. Hope you enjoyed! Mod list is down below!

Mods:
Wide tires 140/70 Bridgestone Battlax S22 (Ig 130/70 due to being lighter could give better results)
Full exhaust system with db-killer
13 front sprocket (1 tooth less than stock)
46 dual rear sprocket (2 tooth less than stock, and 2 less chain links)
RAM Air mod (tubes from front going to airbox for more airflow)
Adjusted fueling and ignition timing (I think a ECU tune on dyno could also give better results)
K&N Air filter
Lightweight Lithium-ion battery
