Great to see you taking the time to review these. I'm a visual person, please could you include tables when listing comparisons in your videos? Pretty please?

When I connect my BH71 (came with a non-charging case) to my computer, the Yealink USB Connect software shows "No device connected". I've tried this one 2 different computers and 2 different USB-C cables with no success. I'm starting to think the BH71 case can't be used with YUC? Wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

Hi ruthlessluder! Thanks for watching and submitting your question. I only have the "Charging" version of the case included with BH71 Pro. I have submitted your scenario to Yealink directly. I'll keep you posted once they respond. There is a time difference since they are in China. In the meantime, can you please share your desired outcome? In other words, what are you hoping/expected when you connect the case to your computer?

Yealink’s response: To answer customer’s question, I have no device at hand right now since HQ office off period now but just got confirmation from internal team, The BH71 (came with a non-charging case, whilst not BT51 dongle included) is not supported with the Yealink USB Connect (PC version), but works for Yealink Connect (APP version). If any further queries, please feel free to let me know.

@@CallOneIncI noticed that. I could connect to it on my phone App but I can't connect to it via USB to my PC. It's so odd because in the manual itself it tells you can use YUC with it. The manual should be revised to reduce confusion.

Where am I from like my Nationality or where is our company? I’ll answer both. I’m half Mexican and half Japanese from Mexico. I am now a US Citizen living on the Space Coast of Florida. Our companies Call One and Hello Direct are located in Cape Canaveral, FL. And yes, we have reviewed BlueParrott headsets. Is there a particular BlueParrott headset model?

Dispatcher headsets are primarily Plantronics, now HP | Poly. They have corded and wireless options depending on dispatch console and platform.

Is this better than Jabra Talk 65 ?
@CallOneInc

I replied in another video you submitted a question to. However, for the viewers, here is my response: Hi iZacq! The best noise canceling mic I've tested is the EPOS Impact 1000 series. However, that's a headband style headset available in dual or single ear options. If you prefer a more discreet wearing style, the Poly Voyager 5200 performs better than the Yealink BH71 and Jabra Perform 45. I haven't tested the Talk 65 however, it has the 2 MEMS mics just like the Perform 45. Check out this EPOS Impact Video that includes real world mic tests kzitem.info/news/bejne/upeG23lrsnaJrIo

@@CallOneInc I'm looking to replace my 2 year old Plantronics Voyager Legend as everyone tells me my voice sounds really distant. The trouble is, people are complaining about the same thing in reviews about the 5200 and the Jabra Perform 45! I was all set to go with the YeaLink BH71 til I read your comment above about the Poly performing better than the YeaLink! Do you think handling the headsets with wet hands is what causes the problem? Are you aware of any water-proof / water-resistant ones?
@CallOneInc

@@CB27 Yes, water can impact performance. Some headsets provide IP ratings to showcase water and dust resistance. Unfortunately, I can not locate any documentation stating whether or not the Poly Voyager 5200 has an official IP Rating. I have the Plantronics-branded Voyager 5200. I have heard from someone else the Poly-branded Voyager 5200 is less robust than the Plantronics version. However, I have not been able to test. I am asking Poly if I can get a sample of the Poly-branded version to test and compare. In the meantime, I have heard more positive feedback about the Poly Voyager 5200 vs negative. I doubt it’s better than the Jabra. I really want the Yealink wh67 but I need a RJ9 base connection for a Mitel 5330e and I don’t think it’s compatible. Looking for a convertible style headset with good background noise cancellation… Plantronics 8245 is diverse, but it’s older technology
