Excellent video ! Right informaron ! I I recommend using a silver bombilla because it is more hygienic and does not grow bacteria and does not rust. Thanks

After a quarantine/self-isolated binge watch of this new yerba series of yours I definitely want to fire up a gourd soon. I think I'll have to pick up a bag of san mateo next time I'm out as well. I'm working my way through a 5lb bag of traditional, but San Mateo is my favourite (after Biodynamic which I haven't had in a couple years). Great series Harry! Really enjoyed it 👍

Great video. The one thing I would add is making sure you get the stainless steel bombilla that is graded as "18/8" or "18/10". These grades are safe for food related uses such as utensils. I'd be wary of any bombilla that isn't made from either of these two grades of stainless steel.

Can you give us your first experience with mate and how you’ve come to appreciate the flavor. Why you’ve stuck with it when others seem to simply take a sip and be turned off by The bitterness, is it something you enjoy ?
