Look very delicious. The more greens the better. I grew zucchini in texas and started late, hence no zucchini yet and its October already (29F at night). Would hate to see the plant go waste. Will cut and eat the leaves❤

was not aware that Squash leaves are rich sources of minerals such as iron, potassium, zinc, calcium, and magnesium. They are also a good source of essential vitamins A, B and C, which have immune-boosting benefits and are beneficial for overall health
