killing people as a job isnt illegaly actually if you do it legally. as in if youre in the army for example theres many occasions where you can kill people and are even praised as hero for it lol. mercenaries can kill people pretty much legally too as long as you work legally jobs there like some state hires you for it >.>. police can pretty much in some occasions kill people legally too lol.

@@Spartan135 In some intereptations of political philosophy, the purpose of a modern government is to hold the monopoly on violence. The state makes laws that ensure the safety of its citizens, limiting the violence that individiuals can inflict upon each other. If that social contract is broken by someone, the state will deploy police with the authority to inflict violence upon the perpertrator, ensuring the peace of their system through the brutal enforcment of law. Interestingly, the USA is one of the only countries to defy this trend by refusing to fully limit a citizen's right to inflict violence (the 2nd amendment being the lynchpin there), yet at the same time it wants to enforce laws with the same ferocity as any other nation. They seem to compensate for this by just... giving the police more weaponry and authority to do violence in the name of the state. I have to say, I don't think it's working out for them :/

While on a mission in Mexico killing people and dismantling a lab without asking the local government for permission they discover that a US politician is behind all of it, and when Raiden says he is gonna go after the lab that is processing children brains in the US, his team tells him he cant because the US has laws, implying Mexico and the previous country they were in had none lmao

@@KaizuoSilva I'm not sure which one would be worse... Having everything be legal enough to know that if anything happens you know that of the cops show they probably aren't on your side without a bribe or everything be illegal enough that you constantly look over your shoulder to make sure your not breaking the law (actually probably looking over your shoulder either way but when everything legal you need to worry about being killed or robbed more)

Bravo, Henya, I see what this is truly about. Her comments on the legitimacy of hiring a hitman is a clever way of initiating a discussion about deeper societal issues. You see, Henya was using the seemingly absurd idea of a "legal hitman" as a metaphor. She was pushing us to think about the fine line that separates legality and morality, and how often our society blurs this line. How many actions are legal but immoral, or vice versa? Her temporary 'misunderstanding' serves as a stark reminder of the disparities and contradictions inherent in our own societal structures. It's a clever, subversive way to instigate a thought-provoking conversation about ethics, legality, and society. Sasuga, Henya-sama.
