Thank you so much for your video. I watched this one and your longer one. I was about to make a Samsung purchase and 100% because of your video I bought my Speed Queen TR7. I’ve had it for five days now and I am in love. Never ever had a better washer. I keep opening the door lid because I’m fascinated with the water. My clothes look and smell so clean. I’m also shocked at, like how you said, how much clothes fit as compared to that ridiculously large front loader i had before that DID NOT wash my clothes. Thank you so much for your video. It was a game changer and definitely a life changer.

My sister kept getting talked into buying those machines with the bottom impeller. One of them wouldn’t event get all the clothing wet and she resorted to only small loads. Her 3rd machine would fill half way with water which was an improvement. She finally took her little sisters advice and bought herself a SpeedQueen.

Which did you get and do you like it? I am getting a TC-5. TC7 does not clean as well- one of the only machines Consumer Reports does not recommend. They brought back the TC5 for a reason. There is a prop65 warning on their machines though so you might want to read up about it. Scant other info. I will take a chance, I think it is inside and likely won't kill me.

Both machines have the same capacity. My TC5 is being delivered today (1/12/23), replacing my 12 year old Kenmore Elite front load (the motor died and is too costly to fix). I'm done with front-loading machines with the mold, smell, weak cleaning and computerized functions! If my SQ lives up to its reputation and quality, it'll be the last washing machine I'll ever have to buy.😄

I bought my TR3 in December 2019, and have had no regrets. At first I was wary of the TR series due to some bad reviews, and mentioned this to the sales person. I was assured that I could return the TR3 if I didn't like it. At the time, SQ was offering a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, so I decided to go for it. I am pleased to say that any concerns I had about the TR series were unfounded. The machine does an excellent job cleaning. I think the worst thing we challenged the TR3 with was our queen size comforter that one of our 3 cats had "the bad tummy" all over it. The dark brown stain was completely gone after a warm wash on the heavy duty cycle. Thanks for your honest review of your TR7.

Once or twice a year you can probably just visit a laundromat. Don't let that stop you. If you need clean, go TC-5. It is the machine most people really like. 7 does not clean well. So yes and not. I've a TR7 on order. Nice video. Thanks. I suspect you know that the TR7 gives us the option of a "prewash" to do a first of two washes, flush out that brown water, then pause to allow us to add new detergent whereupon it will refill the tub and continue washing with that nasty stuff already gone, automagically. That is polished for a machine I think. Looking forward to running it through it's paces. I plan on using pre-soak option for muddy clothes and am confident it will get the nastiest clothes clean using that option. I don't see why not, my LG top loaders do it all the time. Soaking is a normal and almost mandatory tool for getting out mud or stains IMO no matter what washer you use. Anyway, thanks again.

I have the matching drying on order and it is being shipped, also in stock. Anyway, this thing, the TR7003 is amazing. It was the right choice. I consider it the very next generation of American top loader. Smooth, effective and maybe even efficient. Quiet compared to my 2010 Speed Queen and gentler on my clothes. Better than my LG/Kenmore Elite top loader I used for the last 7 or 8 years.

You probably won't respond till it's too late as my TR7 is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I've heard so many people praising the TC5 that I'm feeling foolish for ordering the TR7. I can switch and I think it's $50!less. I see you love it. I just can't understand why so many people say it doesn't clean. I did read about the update that extends the clean cycle so maybe some weren't updated but are still advertised as the 7003? Some complaints on the BBB were scathing. Clothes coming out with cat hair etc... We have 3 dogs so I'd prefer it get hair out. I'd switch to the TC5 in a heartbeat but I read that it's so aggressive that it will wear out or even shread clothing. My girls have some expensive clothing so I'd hate to do that. My appliance store does not take back used equipment so you buy it it's yours... Is it still performing for you? Is hair coming off? Are clothes coming out clean? Has anyone experienced warranty work and do they respond quickly? It's crazy to think that I'm replacing a $300 15 year old washer with a $1150 new on that potentially will do a worse job cleaning and require service withing 3 years.. I've never once needed service on the old unit. If I didn't already scrap it is have had it fixed based on my findings.

Dont second guess your purchase. This thing is a champion at actually cleaning the clothes and getting the baked in bacteria and junk out of the fabrics. We have 5 dogs, dog hair gone every wash! The TC5 is great but there’s just a lot of fanboys out there. The TC5 is rough on clothes so you run the risk of stretched necks and thinner fabrics getting little tatters. TR7 has a better warranty and it’s a monster of a machine when it comes to actually cleaning the clothes. I’m a real daily user with a baby, 5 dogs and I’m a big smelly guy. This machine has made my life better because I’m no longer self conscious of having a dog smell on my clothes. I paid for these machines with my hard earned money and wasn’t sponsored by SQ to say any of this. They just work how a machine should.
