This class is to help release into the hips in a passive and relaxed manner. All postures will be done using a wall space and will be held for longer periods of time to help melt into the connective tissues and stretch into the inner/outer hips. This is beginner friendly - open to all to enjoy.
No props needed aside from the wall.
