Wonderful sequence of poses. Even w modification needed for my knee, I got the effect of a full body stretch & feel great. Great start to the day. Thank You for offering this (& all your) classes. Be well.

good relax after pilates intermediate. I did sphinx without bolster and could not go inmediately to child pose but worked. When I get my foot on my calf in half butterfly I glide my arm under the leg and feel the strecht in that leg and hip more. Thx 😍🤩😍

I really appreciate your teaching of rebound poses and shavasana -- sometimes in other online yin classes, I'll get impatient and skip these 😅🙈but in your classes the value of these parts of the practice is so evident to me, and I really benefit from it. Although the obvious time for this particular practice would be to relax before rest or sleep, I did this sequence right before starting a workout (I find that yin releases tensions and tightness that are not conducive to more energy-intensive exercise) and it was great for that!

What a wonderful note to receive from you, Kate. I’m so glad you are enjoying the rebounds, and this overall approach! While some people believe yin yoga is for bedtime, I have known many people who enjoy it in the morning or before a physical activity, as you did. ☺️🙏😀
