Download PA_Mhuman_Lipsync2 (visemes for MetaHuman):

(copy to [your project]/Content/MetaHumans/Common/Common/Mocap folder)
Note: in general, PA_Mhuman_Lipsync2 looks better then generated PoseAsset with visemes. But it contains animation for default face mesh, so change "Translation Retargeting" for all bones after pelvis to "Skeleton".
