I do these at least a couple of times every day! Noticing a little bit of a difference - maybe over time I'll see more.

@CuriousButterfIy Yes that would be right. Twist in such a way (stabilizing hips) that you feel it mid/upper back.

Thanx a lot Esther, I am a student in UK and I've to sit and study at least 6-7 hours per day during term time.I've started to use those poses, I also need some poses for flat belly, if there were any poses can help me during my study or may be at break, please upload it.

Hi Esther, do you have any other sequences that are good for people who sit at the desk all day? (They don't have to be "at the desk" videos, more for an after-work relaxation at home). I love your videos and watching yoga videos from other channels just doesn't feel right anymore!
