I'm sure this is a great sequence, but it's definitely not for beginners. I'm a beginner, and my body can't do any of the asanas. Not one. If this is for 'beginners', please make something for people who are nowhere near the level of a beginner. I don't know what such a person would be called. An 'average westerner' maybe?

Thank you for your kind reply, and yes, the other sequence is better. At least I can do a few of those. The main problem is that my hips and hamstrings both have very, very limited flexibility due to many years of sitting on chairs (this is a very common problem here). A video showing a progression of stretches for these areas would be greatly appreciated - but it is of no use if the progression starts the stretches from positions I cannot get in to at all (as more or less all videos on youtube do!). What CAN you do, you ask? Well... Imagine a person who can hardly bend at the hips at all without bending the knees (AND who has a tender lower back, again due to sitting on chairs for too many years). How would such a person progress towards greater flexibility of the hips and hamstrings with slowly more challenging positions? A video detailing that would be very helpful - not just for me but in the western world in general. :)
