Leg cramps are pretty common during pregnancy in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, especially during night time. Some of the main reasons for leg cramps are decreased flow of blood to the legs. They might also be caused by calcium and magnesium deficiency or dehydration. So if you are suffering from leg cramps make sure you are taking your supplements and foods rich in calcium and magnesium. Stay hydrated by drinking at least 2-3 litres of water.
