This yoga workout is AMAZING!! Great results for me, I’m 50, and went from short and not full erections to be able to have long lasting erections, multiple times in the same day. My wife is reeeeaaaallllyyyy happy about it!!!!!

As an Indian point of view you beautifully explained the yoga poses in simple terms which I like most. Usually in India they use complex names while teaching the asanas/yoga which are very confusing even for local people.

Just did this for the first time, it was the perfect amount of work. I’m a runner and I’m healing from peroneal tendinitis so it’s given me a chance to add in more core work like yoga and swimming. It’s all very important to be a long distance runner and to reduce the risk of injury. Thank you !!

We can name it as PRESCRIPTION YOGA. Though we have been doing these posture without any focus, this video is aimed to focus on Men's sexual health and the prescribed yoga postures/exercises are really motivating and incentivising. Great help really.

Actually I was only courious, because of the headline of the video 😅. I'm a physiotherapist and I really want to recommend this piece. The exercises will strengthen your midbody tension and in this way the balance will get better. I think, that the rest is an side-effect.

Believe it or not Yoga is amazing and it’s pretty high intensity. It’s not all about stretching and flexibility it’s also about strength. A lot of the moves are like you doing doing Endurance plank exercises. You sweat like crazy. And you learn to breathe deep and powerfully. I did p90x yoga and it’s nuts. It’s incredible the amount of strength and endurance it gives.

American guy here basically stuck on lockdown for the past three years in China. Nothing's ever open for more than a few weeks and hard to stay active outdoors. During these times I chose to start doing yoga from home, and I'll tell you my man parts have never been so healthy! I was able to recognize results within only a few days of doing this exercise once every other day, when added to my regular workout with weights every other day. I've been lifting weights every other day for decades without really noticing any difference in bed. But this yoga really does the trick. Thanks, Dean. You are the man.

I have weak lower abs...I found doing hollow body holds or bent leg raises targeted the main vein. Also weighted lunges for some reason gives me that urge as well. Great video sir👍

Well frankly speaking only two poses were original yoga postures if not correct, rest were normal exercises. I know Yoga is a trendy thing in the West but please do some authentic research because many other channels are doing fairly good job in showing original yoga exercises.

Just wanted to say thanks for this workout, which I'm finding a great way to build my core strength. It's also more challenging than I thought it would be. Will definitely be getting into more of your routines. I’m 56. I workout 7 days a week. Weights 4 days, cardio the other 3. I wake up with wood every night, usually more than once. I can practically get hard on command. If you’re out of shape, start there, that’s the main issue.

I do yoga every morning for ten to fifteen minutes, watching you I’ve clearly not been doing some moves correctly, thanks for your guidance I’ll start following this video until I know I’m doing it properly. Incidentally since doing the yoga which I started in early March of this year my erections are as good now as they where when I was in my early adolescence and I’m 62, so it does work.

Okay today I couldn't even finish the whole exercise with you today because it's my first day. I've been breathing hard and muscles are extremely weak my last abs are laps are weak rn. This exercise requires endurance, I subscribed and I would always keep up from now..

In my view, all asanas with breath regulations help in overall general health of a person. in any yoga granthas, there is no indication/ mentioned about "yoga for Pennies". All Asanas in general definitely helps in improving both physical & mental health. For any sexual activity, mental condition is very very important for that yoga helps in achieving Peace of mind which automatically improves the activity. The title just attracts the men to go through this & any way, if performs yoga it is good to keep good health.

This yoga workout is AMAZING!! Great results for me, I’m 50, and went from short and not full erections to be able to have long lasting erections, multiple times in the same day. My GF is reeeeaaaallllyyyy happy about it!!!!!

Nice core workout. As a yoga instructor myself, I was pretty skeptical of the title. Clickbait? Maybe, but I thought the cues were really good, and the encouragements are a nice touch.
