Better hai ki app sukhasana, padmasana ya vajrasana laga kar karein par baithne me agar taklif ho to chair par bhi kar sakte hai sirf ye dhyan rakhein ki kamar aur gardan seedhi honi chahiye, body sthir honi chahiye, comfortable hona chahiye

Best hoga ki app sukhasan matlap palki laga kar kamar aur neck sidha rakh kar karein. Agar niche baithna mushkil hai to stable chair pe bina back support liye karein

Yes, but make sure you have finished your dinner 4 hours before! Otherwise just do sectional breathing, nadishuddhi and AUM chants before going to sleep!
