Our retreat yoga instructor, Cristina Kalyani, will guide you through a series of yoga positions to help you strengthen your core, stability on your board, and agility to move from lying down on your belly into standing with ease (surf pop up). It will help you have more awareness of how your breath moves in and out from your abdomen creating a poise state of mind and improving your lung capacity.
