This full yoga class is for you if you have tight, sore shoulders, especially if you sit at a computer a lot of the time (I think that applies to a lot of us right! 😬) We'll work on opening up across your chest while strengthening your upper back & shoulder blades to help bring your spine into a more neutral position.
For this class you will need 2 yoga blocks or piles of books, and a cushion.
If anything hurts or is uncomfortable in any of the poses then please stop! Everything I show you in this class is just a suggestion, everyone's body is different so what works for my body might not work for yours.
