Yoga Nidra is a yogic practice in which we enter profound levels of awareness through deep relaxation and thus allow enrooted tensions to dissolve and healing to happen naturally.
To practice yoga Nidra, find a quiet, safe place during a time where you wont be distracted or disturbed. Place a mat or a blanket on the floor and use as many props, blankets or pillows to keep your body comfortable as you lay yourself down on your back. Even if you sleep or drift between awake and asleep states, during the whole practice, you will be able to respond if any emergency shall arise.
Relax yourself and allow your mind to drift into a calm state of non doing.
In this session we will dive deep into the cellular breath and allow this fluid pattern of expansion and contraction to bring us back to a natural rhythm which can dissolve any irregularities in our body & mind and reestablish the healthy flow of prana.
Experience wholeness and observe how healing happens naturally as you merge into the natural rhythms of the universe.
