After almost 8 years, I still love this yoga session so much! Would you consider doing another video with this exact sequence, but a little slower and with more calming music? That would be amazing 🙏I find this to be the perfect stretch to unwind at the end of the day. lots of love from Vienna

Love this for my 65 year old body with multiple replacements. I used to be able to do so much more, but I am hanging in there and doing what I can and it feels great! I am getting better with each session. Thank you!!!

I have been studying a lot these past few days and this video has been a savior. When I don't feel alert or concentrated, I stop my studying and I do this flow. It helps with neck and shoulder pain!!!

Hey Juliana, this is one of my favourite videos from you; it's something I always come back to when I feel like my muscles need a gentle flow to loosen up. This time I noticed the video seems to have become corrupted somehow? Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but a green blotch keeps popping up and disappearing on the top third of the video. I checked and it doesn't seem to be my computer. In any case, it didn't affect the audio or skip anything, so it's not an interruption to the practice, but I did want to point it out in case others are having any issues. As always, thank you for providing us with these beautiful practices!

I was doing running, weightlifting, you name it, a lot of "aggressive" workouts and my body would respond to some degree, but I would always be tired as a result. I started doing your workouts and it seemed like "it is way too gentle, it feels good, but I won't get abs or anything"...a month later, my body looks better than it has EVER looked and I have abs I haven't had before! And what's more it feels like a healing workout instead of some aggression I am taking out on my body. So THANK YOU for these! Спасибо громадное от души!

I just started a new job where im constantly standing on concrete flooring for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. After a while my back, feet and legs start to really hurt. Im so happy that before or after a long day of working I can turn to your videos and really recover my body. Thank you so much xoxo

Your yoga and workout videos are really great! I'm senior year of high school now and I'm quite stressed (since I pretty much sit down at the desk and study all day, even in summer), so I decided to wake up earlier and do 30 minutes of workout and yoga before going to school and on weekends. And most of your videos happen to last about 15 minutes so I follow a workout and then a yoga video or two yoga videos if I'm not feeling like sweating. Thank you for being amazing! Lots of love!

Thank you so much for the wonderful yoga routine Juliana. Your voice just so perfectly brings the calmness necessary for the body and mind to be in sync. However, the background music can be a bit more relaxing . Try some music pieces with sound of flute in it. You are sure gonna love it.

I am truly amazed, how perfect this routine is! Although the music is quite different and not as relaxed as your newer Videos, this is exactly all the right movements for waking up in the morning and getting your stiff body to start into the day :) thank you very much!

thank u so much for all the hard work u and ur bf do for us w these videos. I'm in my mid thirties and had always lacked the confidence to try yoga. and where I now live there aren't any yoga studios close. but through u and one other you tube yogi I've fallen in love w yoga! it's helped me more than anyone can imagine! I'm getting better at it all the time, has helped my confidence, spirituality, balanced me emotionally, helped lower stress. gotten back on track w my veganism and has helped nudged my weight down some. so again thank y'all so much. I love ur yoga flows.

I have a question if u don't mind answering, when it comes to vegan clean eating do u add oils to ur diet at all or are u oil free? I'm experimenting with my own balance decision on that but am highly considering oil free, only natural fats like avo and nuts. but ur so beautiful healthy and full of energy that ur personal opinion would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much😊

+Autum Davis I think thats wonderful that your starting experimenting with what foods work best for you, I think thats the key to a happy and fulfilling diet/lifestyle. :) I personally usually cook with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Those are healthy oils and fats that are very good for our bodies in moderation of course. :)

By far my favorite video of yours, although I love all of them. It really helps you get a bit of positive energy when you’re feeling down. Could you please do some upper back and neck stretches too please ? For when you have a headache and don’t feel up for anything too difficult. Thank you !

thank you for the time you both take in producing these videos. I exercise with you every morning. Offering some helpful production feedback, I hope: sometimes the music (great by the way) overpowers your voice-over in volume so it is more difficult to hear your instructions. Most often the levels are fine, but there have been one or two videos I could not practice with for this reason. I am commenting on this video because it comes close and reminded me. Thank you, again, and have a beautiful day!
