Seated torso circles / Coffee grinder / Sufi grinds (Kundalini Circles)
Cat and cow (Marjaiasana and Bitilasana)
Childs pose (Balasana)
Standing forward fold (Uttanasana)- Mountain pose (Tadasana)
Shake it out / Standing spinal twists (Katichakrasana)
Sphinx pose (Salamba Bhujangasana)
Corpse pose (Shavasana)
There's no right or wrong way to participate in this practice today. Simply relax and let go, there's no pressure to be anything you're not feeling today. Let it be what it is.
