First , improve digestion by eating Fennel seed + Gud or misri after each meal . Second thing , Drink plenty of water the whole day . Third, Eat guava after dinner ( ripped one ) . Fourth , eat less than hunger. Five , avoid stress

Great work! But just a one tip plz pronounce the word as their original pronunciation, like.... it's not आसना it's आसन...do not turn into an English one ...every language can't have an English word for it.

Only Vajrasana should be performed after having food. Rest others should be before(If possible, in the morning. If not, during evening.)
Please pronounce it aasan(आसन ).... Not aasana आसना

Yoga is not a auto satisfaction trip...real yoga have to transform the mind in order to see other as more important as ourself or at least egual to ourself... If not it is just a lost of time....
