மாதவிடாய் நேரத்தில் முதல் 2 நாட்கள் செய்ய முடியவில்லை. ஆனால் நாளடைவில் சரியாகிவிடும். இந்த நேரத்தில் நம் உடலில் இருந்து அதிகமாக நீர் வெளியேறும். எனவே தண்ணீர் நிறைய குடிக்க வேண்டும். சுலபமாக செரிக்கும் உணவை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு பழச்சாறு, பிளாக் டீ, மோர், இளநீர், இவ்வாறான பானங்களை அருந்தலாம். அதிக சிறுநீர்ப்போக்கும் கட்டுப்படும் அல்லது அதனால் உண்டாகும் சோர்வு குறையும். நன்றி.

Vazhga valamudam .. 8 years of struggled to getting baby.after following ur yoga asanas I got pregnant on Aug 2020 all are going good but 12 week scan babies heart beat not seen it will stop grow at 9 week. Then I abort it . I got my period dec 11 I restart my yoga past 10 days but yesterday after intercourse I got pain in my part. Why mam.is it safe I do yoga. Pls mam reply me.... 😢😔it will be hope me again mam pls🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Mam.i have pcod pbm.and every time when I got my period ,bleeding not controlled even after 10 days.after taking medicine only it will be controlled.now i started your pcod yoga video for the past one month.if i do this period pain and cramp yoga means, whether my flow will increase.(already heavy flow).Kindly reply me mam.
