Welcome, my friend! Thanks so much for joining me today.
In today's video I am going to guide you through some simple techniques to relieve tightness and tension in your low back and hips. We are going to be using a pair of massage balls. If you don't have massage balls specifically, you can use tennis balls, racquetballs, lacrosse balls...any kinds of balls that are about this size.
