I am going to guide you through some deep release stretches to relieve tightness and tension in the upper back and shoulders. Now for today's practice we are going to be using a pair of massage balls, and if you don't have your own massage balls you can use tennis balls, racquetballs, lacrosse balls -- anything that's about this size.
