Great video! Thanks for the info about using a yoga block…I did and was able to squat for 5 minutes on the first try! Not bad for a 79 year old,huh? Update: Today I squatted on a yoga block for 25 minutes and it was easy! Little by little…next I am moving on to squatting with heels elevated on a towel! There’s no stopping me now!! 😂😂

We’re born in a squat position, children squat effortlessly as a consequence, in some cultures chairs are not used, so the squat is used for everyday activities like eating, studying,working, and hobbies like art. That contributes to great posture a limber body and a healthy one.

I often forget to breath and relax. I count and try to relax each mussels that I feel tens. I should just let my self go. Breathe.
