据说来自西班牙的巴斯克蛋糕,是史上最不易失败的芝士蛋糕,我猜,可能是因为失败了也看不出来?外层的焦壳其实有着与外表不符的浓郁香味,传统配方里会用大量的奶油和芝士,而我竟然一点芝士都没用就做出来了你能信?另外我还额外加了酸奶,蛋糕内部是那种柔滑细腻又轻盈,入口会化掉的口感哦~
