The glass of water I use for liquids in the recipe is 220 ml.
The water glass size I use for dried fruits is 200 ml.
4 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 water glass measure of oil
1 cup of yoghurt
1.5 cups of semolina
1.5 cups of flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
I used 200 ml water glass for the syrup.
3 cups of sugar
3 cups cold water
1 slice of lemon
We boil the sherbet for about 3 minutes, add a slice of lemon and wait for it to cool completely.
I used a 23x33 cm mold for dessert.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (350 F) for about 20 minutes.
We take it out of the oven and after 5 minutes, we create holes with a toothpick. We add cold sherbet and wait 3-4 hours.
