Here is a highly unscientific quick comparison I made between Yoshi's Island running on MiSTer vs an original cartridge on a 1-chip SNES (ntsc) through a Retrotink 5x.
Seems pretty different as the animations don't seem to sync. I wonder why?

There are a few SNES games that have special chips installed in the cartridges. When the game is running, it will utilize the chip to help emulate the 3D images that appear throughout the game. Games like this often don't run well on emulators, because they're missing that chip, and they aren't simple ROM files. Even the best hardware emulation has trouble accounting for this as seen.

Mister is by nature run things faster so if the console/game is not documented and replicated 100% things well run faster/out of sync
