It is crazy how many of these people are connected and think they are above the law. They weren’t treated like any of us would have been. We would’ve been cuffed and hauled to the department but these snakes got to hang for hours to get their stories straight and then were questioned together! They should’ve been separated and made to sweat. This was very poor police work.

If the tail light actually looked like that, I would say "The taillight was busted out" or something to that effect. I would never describe that taillight as "cracked" because- it's gone! If they have nothing to hide, why testify so evasive and lie? She literally had issue with almost every single question. She over explained her answers and was basically waiting for Lally to object to save her. This trial is crazy!

All those deleted calls to John are indicative of her & the Alberts trying to find John's phone by ringer noise, as it must have fallen/dropped off him to where they temporarily couldn't find it. The deleted calls all were very short duration calls (under 8 seconds IIRC) which suggests Jen hung up before John's voicemail answered.

I was on a jury on a car jacking incident and during deliberations we talked about what the question was & what was the answer of witness! We had several witnesses 6 if I remember correctly but we only gave credence to 2 of the witnesses as there answers were the only credible answer! Then we looked at the actual evidence like the taillight in this case! If I was on this jury this woman is throwing up a lot of red flags!

She’s the damn queen of editorializing. Just answer the fucking question. You don’t need to added tons of story or explanation to it. If you think you’ll sound bad just saying “yes” or “no,” well, that’s what redirect is for. Lally can give you the time to answer more fully or explain. On cross? JUST FUCKING ANSWER THE QUESTION!

It is so obvious that she's very carefully choosing her words, especially with how evasive she is a lot of times and how difficult she becomes in needing to answer simple questions. It's indicative of someone with something to hide!

The cop that pulled into JO'S driveway to check on the kids had dascam recording. Nothing to indicate the level of damage claimed. (Unless I am mistaken and he didn't pull in behind her SUV but someone elses)

What a horror show. It’s gone way beyond a question of reasonable doubt at this point. I doubt one could recreate that damage if they backed into a crash test dummy with some speed. I have no doubt a jury will come back as not guilty but what of these evil jokers who set up this charade and let it go forward? Simply let them walk away and get away with murder. All the circumstantial evidence is pointing towards them.

@@PanicattheDiscourse Yeah I notice that in Mass, the lawyers don’t state the basis for their objection, it is inferred by the judge. However, in other jurisdictions, I have seen judges overrule otherwise proper objections because the attorney couldn’t verbally articulate a “valid legal basis” for the objection. Idk how that stuff all fleshes its self out on appeal, with all the case law I’ve seen where appeals courts in other jurisdictions say… well… you didn’t preserve that specific objection, so there was no way for the trial court to know what the objection was 🤷♂️. Is there a court rule about objections in this jurisdiction? And if so what is it and what does it say?
