thank you, Tamara for answering my question! and yes, points for pronouncing my two syllabled name correctly hahahaha p.s. I'm super glad you did the steroids rant, and mentioned the titrating down dosing; not every doctor tells you that and your body freaks out from the sudden withdrawal. anywho, thanks a bunch again for discussing this! xx

how did you manage not being able to practise when you were very sick? I find if i can't practise for even a few days, it takes such a long time to get back to where I was before I got sick. or did you still do a little bit of warm ups /practise every day?

Hello :) I've got a question, when have you started classical training? In music high school or in college? I'm asking, because I don't know if it has sense to lose my energy for all those theory lessons. Is it enough to have one lesson in a week?

Hey Tamara :) I am a young aspiring opera singer with respiratory problems, especially during allergy season or in cold weather. I was told to take prednisone via inhaler twice daily. I do not like how it dries out my vocal cords. I constantly keep my cords lubricated with water/tea, but sometimes I just feel winded especially if I am singing a larger, more substantial role. In your video you recommend not taking prednisone. Do you know of any alternatives? I've consulted my physician however I have been told that prednisone is the best option. Thank you for your consideration and advice!
