I make soy sauce marinated crab, one of the most loved foods by Koreans.
Making soy sauce marinated crab at home is a little cumbersome, but not difficult.
If you have a food culture of eating rice, try it.
You need three elements in total
1.disinfection
2.add flavor
3.odor eliminating
If you understand why you need three elements, you can subtract, change, or add each element's ingredients.
Traditionally, the disinfection method is to separate the soy sauce from the crab a day after making it
and to boil it again, to cool it, and to pour it into the crab again for 2 times.
However, I used soju with an alcohol content of about 30 degrees, so 2 re-boiling processes can be omitted.
It was omitted in the video, but the crab taken out of soju is soaked in purified water for about an hour to remove the alcohol.
