Monty Williams, the coach, has the MOST pressure, especially after that epic CHOKE last year in the playoffs by the Suns. Suns were the #1 seed and had the best record in the NBA last year and pulled that choke against the Mavs in the playoffs. Monty has to get this team to the finals to keep his job especially with new ownership that didn't hire him.

Mike Tomlin felated by the media for his skin color, meanwhile he's lost his last 4 playoff games giving up 36 points or more each time because he's an elite defensive mind as the media always says.

it's a championship or bust this season. they have this one season. they're going to have to unload salary for next season and as a result, they'll lose even more depth. having more than two stars with large salaries is a hindrance because you can't build depth around them.

Say KD alot more than CP3. 2nd time leaving for the years previous 1 seed that has established stars, coach and system. He's the one that got traded and ask for it. So he better be worth his contract AND that trade. Where cp3 just has to be worth his contract which is 11ish mil a year less than KD.

This one seems a lot more organic than Brooklyn's train wreck and LA's catastrophe. The idea that these guys should win it all seems very plausible to me. DAndre Ayton and Chris Paul along WITH Durant and Booker? Yeah. That oughtta get it done.

The league has improved all around. Just throwing KD on your roster does not guarantee a chip. I wish not but I don't even think KD can consistently stay healthy. I don't pick them.

CP3 couldn’t even deliver in his prime ….what makes people think he can do it now. Going into the playoffs CP3 will be food for other PGs AND offensively he’s nowhere near what he used to be. This has to be a team effort. If they think Booker and durant will just carry the team then they have another thing coming. Ayton and DBook have to play the best basketball in their careers in order to get that chip. They still lack that heart it takes and maybe adding KD will give them that boost. They have to get it done this year because next season injuries will be in effect.

Health & Defense is the question, I believe depth has been addressed with the addition of TJ Warren and Terrence Ross. Month has to utilize his bench give those guys some clock to build confidence and rhythm if someone goes down. Okogie, Damion Lee, Shamet , Cameron Payne*! Landale Bazely and Biyombo for bigs, Wainwright for some size. It’ll be a collective team effort.
