The Name of Jesus is a Spiritual Weapon. We have trouble comprehending this because we think of brute strength. The LORD inhabits the praise of His people. Psalm 22:3. Joy, laughter, child-like delight, praise Jesus like this.

Husband is fighting for his life at Vanderbilt. Open heart surgery for valve replacement had complications and he was lifeflighted to andy in Nashville. Been here since May 11. He is was on track for heart transplant but now has infection, kidneys that wont clear toxins, and mental state is just not there so is now not able to get transplant unless those improve and he rehabs to have strength for a new heart. We were told this week to start thinking about his wishes if things dont improve. This was too much since we were always moving forward before. Please pray he has 4 kids and we have almost been married 25 yrs. He has impacted so many lives many people have posted on Facebook about him. We arent ready to lose him.

@@rebekah4679 Not too late. My sweet husband is still fighting. He needs to get strong before he can have a heart transplant. Lots of strengthening to do. He is having ICU psychosis and not sleeping well. He feels hopeless and this is not him. He is a strong believer and pastor, so it's discouraging to watch him this way. They gave him more meds for anxiety and depression. I am praying God gives him a word to help him as he lies there in his bed. He is weary and weak. We have four kids and we could all use a lot of prayer. Thank you.

Sorry, but I just have to be completely honest here. As beautiful and majestic are the lyrics, the melody, the feel, the worship, the TRUTH of this song, David Funk is just not the right choice for singing (leading it)! I find myself listening more intently (and intensely) to the lyrics in an attempt to feel the heart energy of the song that blocks out his voice. I know that this sounds so negative, I did say I was being COMPLETELY HONEST. I still love the song though. And I love him in Christ Jesus. Not hating.

I have learned that God doesn't care what we sound like or what we feel like. He asks us to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Everyone is worshipping Him in unity in this video. I'm sure it blessed the heart of God. David Funk is chosen and anointed to lead worship by God Almighty. That point, no one can argue. I've been in live services where David was leading and the moment he sang the first sentence the presence of the Lord descends and is tangibly felt. He is a humble young man. His worship is authentic. I'm sure our Heavenly Father leans in to listen when this humble servant sings. I know I do.
