Hey julien! This meditation exercise really worked. Bro iv had this baggage on me for years and for the first time i felt like i was able go let go. I was pulling up so many memories that triggerd me and i just let go. It was so liberating. Almost as if i had a new brain once i was done. That was incredible. Im going to do this everyday. Thank you man!

"what's more important? Your well-being or the opinion of others?" Nice one, I'll keep asking myself this question whenever I feel like the opinions of people are going to prevent me from being me.
@Mixo1998

I love what you said here. I, too, have a hard time being myself. Even a simple question like "how are you today?" used to trigger me so much. "oh I must say the correct thing, I must talk like that, look like that". Unfortunately, no matter what I did never was good enough. I could always do better and my inner voice was making me feel like shit for being so stupid. Anyway, talked too much once again and I feel like I shouldnt, once again lol. That thing never stops.

@muhd645 LOL this is ironic to me cause I'm also an introvert who grew up extremely socially awkward and everything and my job now is an extremely social place where I see at least 500 people a day 😂 I work at a college food pantry. But like someone just said, I saw it as an opportunity to work on social skills. Not the most comfortable thing for me, but I've gotten pretty good at it from where I came. My therapist actually asked why I kept a job like that given my condition, at the time I was like idk 🤔

You can only come to terms with your fears and anxieties, by feeling the source of them, and doing so to come to understand them. Society creates all these illusions and then shields people from situations that will actually teach them to understand themselves and the world. You realise there’s nothing you can do control external outcomes and reactions, and whatever your fear is really isn’t that scary. If you’re authentic and open hearted, there is no care in the world for the consequences of that and there is no good/bad, things just are what they are.

how would you be able to gauge if your response is accurate when your in a dysfunctional environment and they may not be responding appropriately. Examples: They accept danger in the same vein one pets a cat or they do not accept the scapegoat's observations with anything less then it's enemy at the gates. To them seeing someone react from the pain they caused them is either mocked, egged on, or ignored. Both parties are dysfunctional, yet your trying to not be, yet they're the only ones around you what do you do then beyond leave cuz that's not a realistic option for many.

I sit alone by myself in peace and quiet while listening to beautiful music all the time. I'm an introvert and it's the best feeling in the world. Also, as a Sigma male, I don't give a fuck about what society thinks, nor its rules or norms... Anxiety is not the same as nervousness, which is what I think you mean to say. I have anxiety. It doesn't choose a time or location to show up, it just does.
