While I do think it's important to have a good collection of early game dinos like Thrashing Brontodon, Topiary Stomper, Tranquil Frillback, and Bronzebeak Foragers, I disagree with your take on the mana curve. I believe it should be top heavy. Structuring the gameplan around getting Gishath out on T5 is a mistake. Granted, you should have plenty of ramp and a strong VARIETY of ramp (not just land ramp), but what if your opponent counters it? Has instant speed removal ready? What if the board state is too strong for Gishath to swing? There's lots of situations where you find yourself stuck in a spot where attacking with him isn't realistic or safe. You should reliably have big threats that you can cast from your hand when it isn't ideal to cast Gisath. You also want to maximize your chances of hitting big dinos off Gishath triggers. I largely have Gishath in my command zone to make my opponents think twice about wiping the board. His greatest strength is the ability to fill your board quickly after it gets reset.

Love me some Gishath content! Thanks for some new ideas, even though every time I pull out Gishath I become the target >.

Good Deck tech. I highly recommend the cards Hellkite Courser and Selvala's Stampede. They cheat out so many Dinos. Also the new Ghalta has performed extremely well for me.

Hey, OG sub here, can you do a video on Willowdusk, Essence Seer? I SWEAR it’s not just Bolas’ Citadel.

🤣 Thanks, Jonah. If I did a video it'd be a few months. But I can give you this instead: [Things to Keep in Mind] - No matter what else the deck looks like, you need creatures that can hold +1/+1 counters well. There are a few other named mechanics that do this (Infect, modular, etc) but I think what synergizes best with this strategy is *lifelink.* Especially with cmc

I actually changed my Gishath deck over to use the new Pantlaza as commander. Gishath is still the "secret" commander 😉 one game I was able to drop Gishath with Pantlaza on the field turn 3. Let's just say my opponents felt the dinosaur rush very quickly.

I built a Gishath deck just last week out of cards I already had. For the defensive side of things, the white aspect of the deck is focused around control, via In the Trenches, Crystal Casket, Cooped Up, etc. Haven't gotten to actually play it yet, though.

Super important to also mention the importance of defense. Deflecting swat, flawless maneuver, heroic intervention and Teferis protection! Run these if your budget allows for it 😊
