It is so fascinating that these huge majestic creatures have such a liking for the tiny little marula fruits. It felt like they were at a big party or picnic celebrating with the marula fruit. They really do enjoy simple little pleasures.

Hee, it's crazy how these elephant walks are a study in serenity and yet you also always make them so informative and fun! I'm a Hermione, I love to learn about everything--including elephant dung and big ugly spiders😜--and then feel compelled to share the information whether people want to know or not...But at least I have raised the awareness of the plight of elephants amongst everyone who knows me. 😎 Now many of them are like me also hooked on your videos. 💜💚💙🐘

I love watching the elephants forage for fruit. I think it is neat the way elephants use their trunks like hands. The trust this herd has with the care givers is so amazing and strong. I admire it.

I love these unvarnished glimpses into the everyday life of the herd - without unnecessary editing, music, or other peripheral stuff. Feels very honest, immediate and immersive. And there’s intrepid Adine, reaching into the dung to give us a lesson in elephant digestion! Your days and nights must be so busy and full caring for the elephants. It is so wonderful that you take time to share them with us. It means everything to be able to visit them often as if we were all friends. I love that these giants want those tiny little fruits. I'll bet it's like eating a Jelly Bean. 😃 I laughed at Adine jumping right into the dung to show us the Marula fruit!

Maybe the most beautiful footage I've seen of Africa. Lolol I've seen videos of animals drunk on too ripe marulas. Seeing the herd just plain happy is enough for me. 🐘💙🌍☺️

Marulas here marulas there marulas everywhere who knew such a little fruit could make these giants so happy a favorite treat for this special family from one of their favorite people life is good. I was sitting here wondering what to watch and then a HERD video dropped no question “my afternoon is for the Jabulani herd” I don’t think I click on any other videos as fast as I do yours they feed my soul thank you. I’m loving the closeups of some of the family especially our sweet Cupcake with her precious face and handsome Jabu so kind and caring what a lovely day of bonding & snacking out in the summer sunshine.🌈🐘💜☀️

Kleserie is a smart elephant, I wouldn't mess with that spider either! Jabu wasn't about to give up a good spot. All the elephants looked so happy and healthy. Who was babysitting little Khanysia today? I didn't spot her. Did anyone else?

There’s actually already a couple videos on here showing some dung beetles at work they’re in the playlist. Back at the stables they have a wormery and a compost spot where quite a lot of the dung goes before it’s distributed in different places including the worm hub amongst the bana grass garden and for erosion spots in the bush.

I’m like others I can’t wait to see the next HERD video. Well that was an interesting lesson re Jabus poo and the fact that the Manual fruit is not totally digested and the grass too. I was thinking as another person said do you plant more of these trees? Oh and Timisa coming to say hi to Adine, Jabu certainly holding ground under the precious tree. Great recall 😂 of Setcombe in your calling Adine, far out that was a big spider don’t blame Klaserie skidadling out of there! 😮

I'm glad I was not there with with that spider. I jumped when you showed it. I'm very scared of spiders even if there are some very pretty ones and they great for environment and keeping flies and bugs down. I'm in Florida and we have big banana spiders and daddy long legs (even if some say they not spiders but something called harvestermen not sure but scary looking) love you all everyone there and the herd.

That looks like the same tree that one of the bulls leaned against and shook down marula last year. I want to say it was Uncle Fish because I remember Timisa and Khanyisa were both there too. Also that spider would have run me off too. It was huge!

When I owned horses they would only go in certain areas of the pasture not all over and they wouldn't eat in the areas they pooped in. Great video watching the elephants eat Marula and spread the seeds.
