I wish Tech Deck would sell in stores a separate $3 pack that just has these non bearing performance wheels that are love a urethane and a sheet or two of there foam grip tape and maybe bushings. You could use it as a first aid kit for you're performance deck or to upgrade your normal plastic tech decks. I mean a bearing version of those wheels would be nice but the performance wheels are good enough upgrade.

Def their best board but never see them in person. Def better decks and trucks but the wheels are prob the most important to make the biggest upgrade.

I think the deck lacks concave which makes kickflips more difficult, other than that the wheels are fine, i would prefer these wheels over cheap bearing ones. It's an okay fingerboard.

It has plenty of concave it’s the long ass nose and tail that make it hard to do anything and the thickness

The weakest points are wheels and trucks, the wheels cuz has no bearings and the trucks cuz they not single axis… it’s still the typical pressed in two pins design what means that the pins will become loose at some point and then you lost your wheel and that not cuz of the nuts… The bollie trucks are exactly the same with the exact same issue, I just shredded it 3 days and the first pin is allready loose, so here it will be better to invest in some cheap single axis trucks… I think one of the cheapest in the moment is the asi shop truck for just 10€ a pair, the seem to be single axis and allready came with lock-nuts… At least I hope an try it as next solution to replace me bollie trucks…😅

@@ShyvoFB broken knuckle seems hard to get here in Germany, but I think the blackriver trucks will be the end of my tests cuz they are pretty easy to get, it’s just a question of money…😅 But the ASI trucks came today and so far they make a good first look, nice to handle and damn cheap so a nice solution and they seems to be sold from multiple brands so it should be easy to get for anybody… Oh and again, this spitboard wheels seems to be better as they cost, really every cheap wheelset I tested so far (tech deck, Bollie, ASI shop wheels and this spitboards) they are by far the best… They are not completely soft but kind of and softer then all the other named wheels, they have nearly perfect grip (at least for me likes) so not to slippy and not to gripy and so far they are the most solid wheels I have, on any other wheels (without the second pair of asi shop wheels) have issues with the bearings, this are the only once who spins like on first day and till today not a single one of the bearings become loose (second big issue I have with all other wheelsets)… I will try more wheelsets next month but (like teak tuning, a set of the single colors spitboards and maybe some blackriver or illpills) but for this pricetag they seems to be perfect and maybe I stay just with those when they still keep up, why pay 50€ and more for wheels when I get really really good ones for just 13€? For the trucks I allready see where the way will end (dynamics or blackriver), the deck will become for sure selfmade in some weeks after testing a couple other decks (molds with own geometry are pretty cheap and I like to produce stuff on my own), a solution for good working wheels was my last part of the puzzle but maybe I allready find my solution here now too… But thanks for the tip, when I got hands on some knuckle stuff I will give it a try too…🙂
