✓ 8 gr of vanilla sugar which is equivalent to 1 spoon.
✓ 660 gr of flour. Preferably pastry.
✓ 60 gr butter at room temperature.
FOR THE CREAM ‼️
✓ 600ml milk
✓ 1 egg which is equivalent to 53 gr
✓ 100 gr of white sugar
✓ 55 gr of cornstarch
✓ Orange zest. Which equals 20 bgr
✓ 3 drops of orange food coloring.
‼️Tips and notes for the dough;
📝 The dough must be soft, firm but manageable.
📝 milk must be hot but very little.
📝 Love well for 6 minutes.
📝 let the dough rest for approximately 20 min.
