Literally a couple of days after I saw this video on FB a crackhead grabbed my wrist and wouldn't let go. Thankfully, I remembered and turned my wrist and got out of it. Thank you for sharing!!!

Glad you're ok. Another useful tip is to carry a super extra bright TACTICAL MINI TORCH with you. If you're approached at night, shining it directly into their eyes will blind them temporarily, hopefully giving you enough time to escape, or alternatively to defend yourself as best you can (with or without a weapon) if you absolutely have to. SITUATIONAL AWARENESS & avoiding high risk environments (alone at a park at night, for instance) is another big thing. Be aware of your surroundings, project strength, & stay safe as best you can (perhaps learn some REAL-WORLD practical self defense techniques, such as BJJ or MMA, if you haven't already). It really is a crazy world we live in sometimes. Must suck to be a women sometimes.

There’s another really easy one they do in wrestling. Take your wrist that’s being held and swing it to your other hand. Catch the incoming wrist of your opponent with your hand and pull your now free wrist back away. I know that sounds too easy to be true but it works really well.

Yesterday we had our annual 24-hours training camp. You posted this video several hours after we spent 2 hours running through the arm release system 🫡🫡
